DromeCore started with a conversation that most companies never get to have.

One of us spent a career in technology — building systems, leading engineering teams, and learning the difference between what looks impressive in a pitch and what still works in year three. The other spent theirs in business and marketing — building brands, opening markets, and learning that the best strategy in the world means nothing if the technology underneath it cannot carry the weight.

We worked across the region and well beyond it. Different markets, different industries, different scales — from organisations finding their first hundred customers to ones managing their first hundred million. And from opposite ends of the same problem, we kept arriving at the same conclusion.

Businesses were being asked to choose.

Hire the technology firm that does not understand the market. Or the agency that does not understand the build. Then spend the next eighteen months translating between them, paying twice for the gap in the middle, and quietly accepting that the strategy you approved is not the one being delivered.

We had both watched good work fail for that reason. Not because anyone was bad at their job — because nobody owned the whole picture.

So we stopped consulting on the problem and built the answer instead.
